Built to find the part nobody else could

Maintenance teams were calling five distributors and still coming up empty. Diwan Alyosr was founded to end that—one engineer, one failure, one specification at a time.

/ Why we exist

The problem was always the same

A refinery pump fails. The maintenance engineer knows the root cause—a specific seal geometry under specific shaft runout—but can't find the right replacement. Generic catalogs don't carry that level of detail.

Diwan Alyosr was built around that gap. We start with the failure mode, work backward to the specification, and source the component that actually fits the operating condition—not the nearest catalog substitute.

How we work

Three disciplines, one purpose

Failure Analysis First

Specification Matching

Sector-Deep Sourcing

Every inquiry starts with why the component failed, not just what it is. Operating pressure, shaft speed, fluid chemistry—these determine the right replacement.

Refineries, power plants, and chemical processors run different duty cycles. Our sourcing reflects that—we stock and procure to the specific failure patterns each sector produces.

We cross-reference OEM drawings, API standards, and equipment history to confirm dimensional and material compatibility before a single part ships.

Bring us the failure. We'll find the fix.

Tell us the equipment, the operating condition, and what failed. We'll identify the correct specification and source it—no guesswork, no substitute parts.
